Brash Pours, LLC (“Brash” or “we”) respects your concerns about privacy. This Privacy Notice describes our information collection and use practices with respect to your download and use of the BRASH mobile application (the “App”) and E-Comme application Brashcoffee.com. The Privacy Notice also describes the measures we take to safeguard your information, how long we retain information, and how individuals can contact us about our privacy practices and to exercise their rights. Information We Obtain.
We may collect and store information (such as name and other contact details) that you choose to provide to us through the App. The types of information we collect may include:

As required by applicable law, we use the personal information we obtain to comply with applicable legal requirements, carry out our contractual obligations and, as permitted by law, pursue our legitimate interests (such as performing data analytics, and operating, evaluating, and improving our business). We also may use the information we obtain in other ways for which we provide specific notice at the time of collection or otherwise with your consent. We may combine information we obtain about you from third parties for the purposes described above. We do not use the recordings you provide when you use the App for any reason other than to provide you with the functionality of the App.
Information Sharing
We do not disclose information we obtain about you, except as described in this Privacy Notice. We may share your information with our affiliates and partners to improve your experience at Brash Coffee, to operate evaluate and improve the App, and to perform data analytics and market research. We may also share your information with our service providers who perform services on our behalf for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice. We do not authorize our service providers to use or disclose the information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or comply with legal requirements. In addition, we may share your information when it does not identify you. For example, we may share anonymous, aggregated statistics about your use of our online services.

Third-Party Features
We rely on certain third-party service providers to provide third-party applications that are incorporated into the App, allow the App to work, and/or allow us to provide you the services (“Third-Party Features”). For instance, our third-party service providers provide hosting services, allow you to pay for goods and services with your credit card, and fulfill your orders. The information practices of the third-party service providers who provide the Third-Party Features are not covered by this Privacy Notice or any other policies or terms applicable to the App. We are not responsible for the Third-Party Features, any uses of those Third-Party Features, or the privacy practices of the third-party service providers who provide Third-Party Features.
We also use third-party web analytics services on our App, such as Google Analytics. Google Analytics uses technologies such as cookies to gather website statistical data and help analyze how users use our App. The information generated by the cookie about your use of our App (such as your IP address, the URL visited, the date and time the page was viewed) will be transmitted and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information to monitor your use of this App, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services related to website activity and internet usage. Google may transfer this information to third parties where required by law, or where such third parties process information on Google’s behalf. Your Rights and Choices
We offer you certain choices in connection with the personal information we obtain about you. To update your preferences, update or correct your information, delete your account, limit the communications you receive from us, or submit a request, please contact us as specified in the How to Contact Us section of this Privacy Notice.
Under EU law, all data subjects to whom the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) applies have certain rights including to: (1) request access to the personal information we maintain about you; (2) request that we update, correct, amend, erase or restrict our use of your personal information; (3) exercise your right to data portability, by contacting us as indicated, (4) lodge a complaint with an European supervisory authority regarding any breach of European data protection rules; and (5) in certain circumstances, request the erasure of or object to the retention or use of personal data. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we retain personal information we obtain about you as long as (1) it is needed for the purposes for which we obtained it, in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Notice, or (2) we have another lawful basis for retaining the data beyond the period for which it is necessary to serve the original purpose for collecting the data.
How We Protect Information
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect any information obtained through the App against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use. However, Brash cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit using the App or guarantee that information on the App may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.
Children’s Personal Information
The App is designed for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13. Brash does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will promptly delete that information from our records. If you believe that a child under the age of 13 may have provided us with personal information, please contact us as specified in the How to Contact Us section of this Privacy Notice.
Updates to Our Privacy Notice
