About the farmer
Sebastian Ramirez is a fourth generation farmer with over 12 years of experience. Sebastian began as a traditional grower but eventually delved into various fermentation processes. Nowadays Sebastian is a master in carbonic maceration, coffee profiles and varietals. This particular pink bourbon has undergone an anaerobic fermentation process followed by a 20 day drying process. The result is an extraordinarily sweet and clean natural coffee.
